Salix viminalis, also known as basket willow, shrub willow, or common osier. It is suitable for cooler and humid locations, but at lower altitudes (up to about 800 m). This willow can endure short-time floods, but not long-term waterlogging.
Long withies are very suitable for weaving baskets of all kinds and also for manufacturing cane furniture, hedges, or willow tunnels / houses.
As the cuttings planted in spring root within several days already, areas get greened quickly and hillsides are fixed.
